My friend and I went along to do some paddle boarding but the sea was too rough. We had a surfing lesson instead. It was brilliant and we had a fabulous time. Staff were great and very encouraging. I would certainly recommend.
Had a blast. Recommended to anyone and everyone looking for a fun day without breaking the bank.

Dude who runs it is cool. Never hired gear as got my own stuff, but always happy to give solid surf forecasts via the phone or FB, great photos. He gets a solid 5 stars just for putting himself out there for landlocked surfers like me who need reliable eyeball forecast before committing to the journey. Cheers dude!!!
I came from Manchester to surf. Rang fluid concept in advance and they told me where to go and what is the best beach for me (beginner) which was really useful. I totaly agree with what the other review said about they not interested in your cash because I felt exactly the same. Steve is very nice guy and he gave me some really good surfing tips. Highly recommend.

Lovely place to visit, tonnes of stuff for kids to do, entertainment in the form of fairground rides, arcades, donkey rides on the beach, great place to go crabbing, lots of places to eat and drink, chippies or sit down restaurants, if the weather's good you could easy spend all day in this area. We particularly enjoyed walking around looking at all the many different types of boats. Boat trips are also available... They are good fun too, Speedy ones or more sedate ones, you can even go out fishing on one. Scarborough is great, Scarborough Harbour adds to making Scarborough great.
Bustling area of Scarborough with plenty of traditional seaside shops and entertainment. If you prefer to avoid crowds, a pleasant walk round Marine Drive will take you to Scarborough's North Bay - or take the bus of you don't like the idea of walking for a mile.

Trip is great value for money but the day we went it felt more like a booze cruise as lots of people seemed intent on drinking as much as possible in the hour long trip. Views are amazing and would recommend the evening trip for the sunset over Scarborough. We were treated to the RNLI doing practise drills in the bay.
Excellent!! 5* Tom, Tony and Ben are the perfect hosts for a pleasure cruise around Scarborough north and south side cruises. Polite, well mannered and informative.

This park is a joy to walk through. We live to start at the top of the glen, coming through the commonwealth cemetery. The park is well maintained, with seats provided at frequent intervals. At the centre of the park is a lake with a central island, where the council provide entertainment in the form of pedal boats and row boats, the bandstand for music, a pitch and put and in the summer the war battles on the lake, which kids just love. Kids like to watch and feed the many squirrels that inhabit the park Fantastic place for all ages. Well done Scarborough Council on the maintenance and floral displays.
Visited the park specifically for the Naval display. We we're not dissapointed there are numerous ships that perform a display on the lake with pyrotechnics. The park is free to enter however there is a charge to watch the display. The park is well looked after and maintained well. Certainly worth a visit if you are in the area. The park has a cafe and other facilities available and you are able to go boating on the lake at an additional cost.
